Nutrilab BV processes you personal data because you use our services in the context of Corona tests. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

• Sex
• Date of birth
• Birthplace
• Address data
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Bank account number
• Citizen Service number (BSN)
• Details of minors insofar as the person in this case is a minor. The details of the parent/ guardian are then also registered. 

Purpose and basis of processing

Nutrilab BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call, email and/or communicate with you in writing if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services.
• To provide services and additional services as agreed in the order. Where necessary, third parties are engaged for this service, after consultation and with approval.
• Nutrilab BV also processes personal data if this has a legal basis.

Retention period

Nutrilab BV does not store your personal data for longer than legally permitted under the GDPR to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing your personal data

Nutrilab BV does not share your data with third parties, with the exception of legal obligations imposed by government bodies. In case of a positive Corona result, we are obliged to report this to the local GGD.
